Delivery & Returns
Islandwide Delivery Across Sri Lanka
We proudly offer islandwide delivery for all DACK™ Creative products listed on our website.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- In-stock items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days, excluding weekends, festivals, and holidays.
- Out-of-stock/ Color/Custom items (custom colors/terrazzo options): These will require an additional 6-10 days(depending on the amount of items and work load) for manufacturing before dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
- Within Colombo: Same-day dispatch with delivery within 2-3 days after handing the package to the courier.
- Outside Colombo: Delivery will be arranged through a courier service, with arrival in 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Courier Packaging & Gift Boxes
- Standard orders: We carefully pack each order with a foam sheet, secure it in a cardboard box, and place it inside a tamper-proof courier bag before handing it over.
- Gift box option: If you would like a gift box, please select the option during checkout. Additional charges apply.
Returns & Exchanges

NOTE: Please note that custom-made/ personalized items can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded, due to the nature of the product.
If you encounter any issues with a DACK™ Products item, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, enabling our team to provide effective assistance.
In the rare event of dissatisfaction with our product, we require proof of receipt for an exchange. This allows us to replace the item with a similar product from our range or explore alternative solutions. Directly contacting us ensures a positive shopping experience.
The exchange/return process must be initiated within 7 days of the original delivery date and necessitates proof of purchase (e.g., payment receipt, invoice number, order confirmation email). Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for sale items or third-party products.
Kindly be aware that courier charges apply to exchange/return orders, and the process takes approximately 3-4 days after your exchange request has been placed.
