Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase, only for items in the scented candle and flowers category. Please note that custom-made candles and other items are not eligible for return, as they are created specifically for individual orders and cannot be resold.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges from the initial purchase are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.
