Islandwide Delivery Across Sri Lanka

DACK™ Creative & Co offers reliable islandwide delivery for all products available on our website.


Order Processing

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
  • Made-to-order / Custom items (including custom colors & terrazzo finishes): Require 5–10 business days for production before dispatch, depending on order volume and complexity.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Colombo & Suburbs: Delivery within 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • Outside Colombo: Delivery within 1–5 working days via courier services

Delivery timelines begin once the order has been dispatched.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Occasionally, we may offer promotional free shipping on selected campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you can request a tracking number if needed through WhatsApp or email, or directly from the courier service (depending on availability).


Packaging

We take extra care to ensure your items arrive safely:

  • Each item is wrapped in protective foam/Bubble Wrap
  • Packed securely in corrugated boxes
  • Sealed in tamper-proof courier bags if needed

This ensures maximum protection, especially for our handmade polymer concrete products.


Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions

DACK™ Creative & Co is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving issues.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately at ask@dack.lk
  • Provide photos (for damaged items) and order details

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
Please ensure availability to receive and pay for your order at the time of delivery.
